Check out this screen, I was in the detail area and right clicked. I could change the walls and floor texture just like in the main area. Strange.

pretty strange...I can't get it to come up on mine. When right clicking can you get the normal list as well?

Ok, Here is how I did it. Load this vanity in a room elevation but change size to 47inches. It has a constraint on the shelf for plumbing so it wont load and will revert back to the old cabinet. But all that shows is the green outline. Right click and there is the pop-up from main screen. This cabinet will change size in overhead view or with the resize/equalize button.
Dan, I thought I found a magic wand!
