multi-panel doors
hello Ecab guys
I was in a shop last week and I notice that they used ecab to make multi-panel doors. It looks like 2 doors glued together but they share a centre stile, so there is only one stile instead of 2. any ideas?

Multi-Panel Doors - Update
Just thought I would let everyone know that the \"Multi-Panel Doors\" that Jonathan saw when visiting a Thermwood owner's facility were not being produce via eCabinet's by rather with an MDF door production package that is offered by Thermwood.
Although, as many of you have displayed above, eCabinets is able to produce some beautiful MDF doors, the shop that was visited produces a fair number of MDF doors and needed some dedicated software to this end.
(I am not sure if Jonathan saw the Rotary Playback Unit that the shop in question uses with his cad/cam software to produce turned pillars/legs with fluting, etc..)

George,
That looks like roughly 2 sheets of MDF, possibly more since you made your own molding. These were all done in a traditional shop? No CNC, correct? Did you also install them or just provide them?
The reason I'm asking, it seems you could have gotten at least $100 each more for them. Then again, I'm used to what builders are willing to pay around here.

Mike
Any other builder I would get $450.00 each
On the Web. you would pay $500.00 and $125.00
to get it to your house(MDF unpainted)
He is building 20 house in one place
We are doing all the trim and my one son is doing all the digging
and my other son is doing the concrete the sidewalks and steps.
Mike I do not hang the mantels he has 3 man that do things like that.
They put 6 nails in it??

Re:
Sounds like you've got a good thing going then. And they're nice lookin' surrounds, if I have said that already. I think most homeowners/builders just don't understand the difference between rail/stile/raised panel construction and applied moldings (at least the cost difference).George Davidson wrote:Mike

Keep up the great work, and spread the word.
