Hi all,
I am brand new here and I am having difficulty installing version 5 on my computer. I end up getting a message that states:
\"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the windows installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing or the upgrade patch may update a different program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch\"
I do not claim to be super computer savvy, but does anyone know what I need to do? HELP!

It sounds like you are trying to install the latest upgrade but don't have eCabinets installed. You must have version 5 already installed to use the upgrade.
The software cannot be downloaded. You must request it from Thermwood and they will ship you an installation CD and email an authorization code for the software.
