What is the dovetail setting I need to adjust to solve this problem ??
My settings are as follow :
Dovetail depth : 0.35\"
Dovetail width : 0.55\"
Fit clearance : 0.005
Corner radius : 0.125
Thickness : : 64 % (0.590 - 0.21)\\0.59
Corner angle : 7 deg.
Material is baltic birch 0.590\" and my tool is the FSH1065
What dovetail setting ?

Hey Guys,
Just another note while talking about dovetails, adjusting crunch radius will definetly correct fit for pic shown, as Forrest has stated. You may already know this..... but the other common adjustment needed for a superb fit on this type of joint, would be to adjust the Daylight value for the Dovetail profile tool. By adjusting the daylight of profile tool, this affects the mesh of the two parts in the other direction (would be horizontal in pic, rather than the vert. adj. shown).

Dovetail
Thanks, I adjust my crunch to 0.1 and now it's perfect, I'm gonna try the daylight now.
