\"Failed to create empty document\" error?

Hi- I'm new to the forum and eCabinet Systems. I have been attempting to install version 4 from the disk. The install seems to go fine, with no errors and the install wizard indicates that the software has been installed properly. When I try to start the program, I get a \"Failed to create empty document\" error and the program will not start. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and a repair install to no avail. Can anyone help?

Hi Rick and welcome to the forum. Version 4 has expired. You need to load V5 then down load the update 5.1

I have the disks for versions 3 and 4, but not version 5. Should I put in a new request for software, or since I'm technically a registered current user, is there another avenue to use?

Thanks, Justin. I'm really looking forward to finally learning eCabinet Systems after sitting on it for so long. As a former mechanical designer, I've been stuck in the AutoCad world too long!
