fixture offset problem

Post by Joe Soto »

I can not edit or add any fixture offsets. When I hit f4,f4 the dialog comes up and I make changes, then f10, select yes and the software has encountered a problem....................... I am using the latest update 5.22
Thanks,
Joe

Joe,

This means your fixture offset file has been corrupted or there could also be an invalid character within one of the entries in the offset table. If you can access table, check for any duplicate decimals or other strange entries. If nothing found, you will need to delete the fixture offset file and generate a new one.

To generate a new fixture offset file:
- Shutdown THM software (Alt.+X)
- Go to WIN Explorer
- Find C:\\offset.tab directory and delete THM.OFF file within
- Restart THM (Ctrl. + Alt. + T) and enter prefered values in F4, F4 table
