Profile modeler install problem

When I try to install the profile modeler from the website I get : \"The setup could not be run on the control, please contact Thermwood..\"

This will occur if you attempt to run the install from web site, if the profile modeler has never been installed on your machine. If this is the case and you were attempting to install PM for the first time, you will need to contact Thermwood's Upgrade/Retro Dept. for this upgrade, then you can run the updates from web page.
