Labor setting Bugs

Post by Peter Walsh »

There seems to be two labor setting bugs everyone should be aware of.

1. When cabinets are placed in a room and a cabinet is selected in \"Detail Room\" mode and chosen for editing.....
Changing or entering the labor settings for that cab and then returning to the room will not result in those settings being gathered up in the room pricing. The cab must be saved individually first, then returned to the room. If several cabs are copies of one cab, each must be saved individually with the labor settings made for each. If each of those cabs has different labor settings, then each must be saved with a separate name.

2. In the cabinet labor setting panel, any labor hours to \"Misc 2\" do NOT get included in the labor costs shown on the panel when you click \"Calculate Total\". This could be a biggie if it is used for a catch all for extraneous anticipated costs on a job........adding onlays, special finishing, etc. I have not checked to see if these \"lost\" hours are also lost in the job cost roll-up but I am assuming it is.

Hope they fix this.
