I brought it up before and had no official response to the suggestion.
My suggestion was to allow a file higharchy for the cabinet directory. This would help a great deal to seperate the cabinets. Currently I have three types of cabinetry.
In my endevours to make a simple sollution to a complex problem. I saved my files in duplicate folder names but cut and pasted them as needed in the cabinet file folder. For example my standard directory looks similar to this.
2332PlyBG base (these are standard granite height cabinets)
2332PlyW wall
2332PlyT tall
2332PlyBarG bar backs and wire chases etc. (these are standard granite height cabinets)
etc. But, if I want to place a cabinet from a library that is taller (that I have already designed) I have to import them from another non standard directory. If I could have a folder that contained my granite cabinet bases and one for laminate and another for solid surface etc. This would speed things up a great deal.
Any thoughts
