Nemanja,

If you are not currently running Conrtol Nesting v5.26, you should up date to it and re-nest your parts.

Thanks,

Hi Nemanja,

- Are you using the Dovetail tool which is supplied by Thermwood ?
- Do you have the tool dia. in Tool Manager (F10, F9, F2) listed as .375 ?
- Are your parts possible moving, causing the bit interference ?

Please verify these things and keep us up to date on your progress so that we can insure you up and running.

I am using bit that was suplied by Thermwood and it is set to .375.
Parts are not moving because the dowetail bit cuts before the skin is remuved.

Please create and an EXPORT file from Control Nesting, as well as the .hsf files for drawers, and email it to: program@thermwood.com , so that we can take a better look at your situation.

Thanks!

Nemanja,

I have nested your file, using your settings and I do not see an overlap in geometry that would cause a the problem you are having. Out of curiosity, have you tried to add some additional part clearance for your drawer jobs?

I did couple more drowers yesterday and the same thing happened.
I belive the reason for that is the radius of the dowetail bit.
The radius in the set up needs to be .375, but the true radius of the bit is more then .5, so machine thinks that the bit is smaller than it realy is, and it causes the cuting into the part next to dowetail cut.
