Help Please

Is anyone having problems machining cabinets with edgebanding on them.

Ever since I started using the edgebanding feature, I am having problems with tenons being cut to wide and dados being treated as a pocket cut(not allowing for my tolerances for fit clearence).

I have contacted Thermwood three different times with this same problem with no resolution yet.

I have tried everything and the only thing I keep coming back to is the edgebanding. I would like to use the edgebanding feature, since it simplifies with edges get edgebanding for the guys in the shop, but right now I am at a stand still.

Has anyone ran into something like this or had problems with edgebanding. My drawer parts with edgebanding seem to be comming out fine.

Just wanted to update.

I started a new catalog of seed cabinets with all my normal hole patterns and configurations, then I applied edgebanding. I kept taking them out to the machine and checking them. After I got a few built up in the catalog I took a batch job out to the machine then I start seeing the problems with the tenons again on the decks, tops, and fixed shelves.

I haven't heard of any one else having these problems, as I follow the forums closely looking out for any hidden dangers. If anyone can add some insight to this problem I would greatly appreciate it.

Could the problem come from taking the seed cabinets and continously modifing them?
