Bombing on Laptop

I had to reload eCabs after my laptop's motherboard fried. After reloading eCabs and updating to latest version, I'm experiencing odd behavior with eCabs.

1. Move Increment - Will not change from .75\", regardless of what I do.
2. After restoring from last backup, will not save any jobs. Gives error of not being able to delete the temp.hsf file. I deleted manually through File Explorer to no avail.
3. The latest version has slowed the laptop down quite a bit too.

I'm seeing odd behavior on the workstation too but I think it's all being covered by others on the forum.

Unless the eCab gurus have a fix, can I have a new license code so that I can uninstall/reinstall eCabs on the laptop?
