Beaded face frames
Is there a setting that allows us to put beaded face frames on cabinets or how is that done?

There is not a setting for this. You would need to take each part of your faceframe into the part editor and cut the beads using a tool from our tooling library. Goto your help manual within ecabs and do a search for "Part Editor". You will find the information you need there.

You can also insert mid-stiles and mid-rails using a material that is the same width as the bead. If you install the two mid-stiles first, position them to the extreme right and left of the frame opening. Set the the left and right insets for the mid-rail to a negative (-) value equal to the width of the bead. Then install the mid-rails and position them in the upper and lower extreems of the opening.
While this method does not use a profiled material to create the bead, it does provide you with your exact material needs for your cutlist. As Todd indicated in a previous posting, you can take those parts to the Part Editor and create a profile on those parts, such as a radius (round over), but it would be difficult to have a rope profile.
