Michael
If you will post a job and tell me what materiel you are changing and changing it to I will take a look at it. I was hoping Chris would post his small frameless kitchen job because I got similar results from a different customer and wanted to compeer them to make sure that what he is seen gets fixed. If some of you other gentlemen would post your jobs and tell us what you are doing we will try and get this resolved.
Thanks
Walker

Forrest, I'm glad it's not just me. It took some time for me to narrow down that it was the thickness adjustment feature that was creating the errors. I also found it wasn't entirely consistent which is the most insideous problems.
I had stopped using blind dadoes because of all of this. I lost confidence in them due to fit issues as described above. I had already found that I needed fit tolerances of .020\" but what was killing me was the inconsistency of the problem.
Now, to go back through all of my libraries!

I was also wondering if this was being addresed, I hate to give up on this as it is a excellent feature if it can be made reliable. How about it thm guys?

Micheal and Others,
I do know they are working on this. I've been speaking with the programmers and it is a priority. For now you should try doing a material change instead. If you have alot of part edits try doing a few cabs at a time. One reason this issue wasn't resolved earlier is some having problems with it just kinduv found other methods. I'm guilty of this as well.
