Edge Banding

I want to put banding on the front of my partitions but there is no front available in the edge banding menu for partitions.

I've had the same thing with it not allowing the front to be taped just the other edges. I found that if your Partition is just set to butt to the back it sometimes causes it. Also with that problem i found that with cabinets that are seen underneath that dado the bott of the partition in the settings it comes out with KD fittings and still with the partition butting to the back you cant tape the front edge.

Definitely a bug. However, for now you can right click in the main area and set the Front Construction of each Partition to Butt again. Then go to edge banding and everything will be good. The bug is in the partition construction settings. so if you change the construction setting of the partition in the shelf/partition editor, you will get the bug again. should be fixed in the next build.

K, that solution works for my partitions... which i am grateful for... but is there a way to get edgebanding on stretchers? Mine don't even appear in the edgebanding list, even if i highlight them before entering the edgebanding editor.

I could be wrong on this but I don't think you can edge band stretchers yet. Some are using fixed shelves with appropriate insets for stretchers so that edge banding is supported.
