invert an dxf proflle

Is there any way to invert a dxf profile in ecabinet or any other program.
There are many molding profiles in dxf format that I would like to make a tool out of in the shape manager.

Do you have the dxf file? or do you need to create one for the profile you need.

Go back into the program it was created in and use the mirror or flip function.

Thank you all for your advice. Let me explain myself a little better. There are molding companies that provide a dxf file for their moldings. What I want to do is, create a knife that will duplicate their molding. I can create my own knives by drawing them out. This is to tedious a job for me. I need a easy way to change their molding profiles into knife profiles so that when I use the knife profile it will create a molding rather than using the molding profiles that create knives.

Once you've created the 'knife' drawing in the Shape Manager, click the 'Create Tool' icon at the top of the screen and follow the steps. Remember where you've saved it, then use it in the Part Editor on cabinet parts, display boards, display cubes etc. to 'cut' your profile.

my question is not related to, how do I make a knife in ecab but how to take a dxf file and invert the profile not miror or flip (there is a option that will miror or flip is there an option that will invert the drawing) without me having to draw it out.

I already have the drawing in a molding I nead to convert it to a knife drawing, to turn it inside out

Ephraim,
Load your .dxf of the molding pattern n the Shape Manager and use the erase single tool to erase the lines shown below that you don't need then draw the other lines shown below on Mike's drawing. You can use the Mirror tool to create a symmetrical tool if you want. You may have to use the Move tool to get your point of origin back to 0,0
