Rearranging cut list?

Hello everyone. I've had the program now for a few months and am getting better but I mostly use it for my cutlist and not so much for presentation.

My question is can a person rearrange the way the cutlist prints?

When I print it out I have to hunt through it to find all my 3/4 material to cut my parts, check them off then move on to 1/2 and so on. I would like to be able to group all my 3/4 material in one list so I don't loose time hunting all the pieces down. Same way with the other materials that I use.

AS you can tell I'm still doing cabinets the old fashioned way.

If you have Excel you can export to that. You can then sort your parts.

Rick, if you export them to Excel, can it be sorted there? Or are you still limited to sorting by hand. I don't use Excel but my wife is pretty fluent with it.

I don't have excel. I guess then that it cannot be rearranged within the program. I may have to look into getting excel.

Get Open Office Its free and just as good. You can automatically sort the lists in any spreadsheet app.

You can also use Microsoft Works Spreadsheet.
