router problems

I was cutting a profile door today and router gave me some problems at the begining of the cut.
It would stop at the middle of a cut and say that X-axis is out of bounds, so i had to take the machine out of e-stop and turn the spindle on in g-code manualy!
Does anyone know why would this happen and how can i fix it?

Can you post the twd file or the esa file? Once we have a file to work with, we may be able to figure out the issue.

I forgot to say that yesterday we had some problem with the new computer and eCabinets, so everything was deleted from the library.
This means that i can not send you .esa file.

However, if you go to eCabinets forum, on topic \"cut this please\", you will find esj file of the same part.

Sorry for the delayed response. I was out of the office the first half of the week. I downloaded your file from your other posting. Nothing in the NC code I created looks odd or out of place.
