I was cutting a profile door today and router gave me some problems at the begining of the cut.
It would stop at the middle of a cut and say that X-axis is out of bounds, so i had to take the machine out of e-stop and turn the spindle on in g-code manualy!
Does anyone know why would this happen and how can i fix it?
I'm not sure, but you can always email the files to program@thermwood.com . All you need to do is put your contact information and a description of the issue and one of us will be able to work with it. Now, on to the problem.....
I forgot to say that yesterday we had some problem with the new computer and eCabinets, so everything was deleted from the library.
This means that i can not send you .esa file.
However, if you go to eCabinets forum, on topic \"cut this please\", you will find esj file of the same part.
Sorry for the delayed response. I was out of the office the first half of the week. I downloaded your file from your other posting. Nothing in the NC code I created looks odd or out of place. Do you still have the original NC code that you created? If you do, can you email it to me? program@thermwood.com
