New here and I hope Im not offending anyone, but was curious about the turn around time after requesting software to receiving?

Welcome to ecabinets. Normally a week or so but disk have been lost in the mail before.

even up here in Canada it took less than 2 weeks to get the CD. Good luck

It normally take 10-14 days for the software to arrive after you request it. If you have not seen it by day 14 then give me a call at 1-877-880-4638. ext. 227
