An Old Material Problem

Post by Nick M Singer »

Anyone in the eCabs team got any new ideas on this old problem which causes the loss of many hours of work? and at the same time tell us what the function of this screen is because it has never worked? The events are as follows: I reopened a file I had been working on and it started loading up to th 100% mark and then the dialogue box headed \"Material not found\" popped up. When I tried to get around it by entering a material non was available to select so I entered a name and size and then the message \"Zero material thickness\" appeared and that was effectively the end of that, NO JOB!!!!

Nick,
I think this problem can come from changing a material thickness in \"Preferences\" after creating and saving a job using that material. When you try to open the job it looks for the material and can't find one the correct thickness. If you have no other materials the same thickness as the original to replace this with then you get the problem.
If this is causing you down time then contact eCabinets directly through email or \"Feedback\" in the software.
