Tool changer problem: Lost positions
Tried to start a job this morning after a error free run yesterday, only to have the system tell me that the x y z locations of the tool holders were zero and a whole lot of stuff besides. In \"Tool changer setup\" all the offsets appear to be Zero. What happened???????

Nick,
It sounds like the Toolman.thm file in the System folder of the C: drive has gotten corrupted somehow. Try closing the THM software and open the System folder to find the toolman file. You can rename the toolman.thm file to toolman.123. There is another toolman file in there as well. Should be toolman.cpy or .sav that you can then rename toolman.thm. Rename those files and see if that doensn't bring back your toolchange pickup locations. You will have to reset your tool length settings. If you have any questions or run into any further problems call the service department at Thermwood. 1-800-221-3865
