Installing software on new laptop

If anyone can help, I am trying to install my ecabs software on my new laptop. My problem is that the registration code generator does not recognize any of the email addresses that I thought I would have used at the time I setup the original software. So, if I cannot reinstall the software on my new laptop without a new registration code, do I simply need to request new software?

Welcome to the forum. You will probably have to wait till Monday when
The Thermwood Team comes back to work and they will email you a new
registration code, you still can use the same CD.
