countertops

Post by Damon Nabors »

If you have two walls that meet at an angle other than 90deg. How do you get the countertops to miter? I can make them square but there is a pie shape missing, or I end up clipping the back corner if I come across with the countertop. I tried putting an extra large overhang on the two adjointing edges thinking they would overlap, but that doesn't work either.

Thanks

I figured out that I can take a display cube and cut out a pie shape and plug it in the hole, but surly there is an easier way. What would you do if you where cutting the top out of solid surface material on the router?

Damon,
I use a Marker to place the counter top. Here is a link to a thread that tells more about it.

Hey Kerry,

Thanks for the help, That makes since now. The only problem I have now, is getting a door that will fit a 1\" x 1\" x 34.5\" cabinet. :D

Thanks
