Help thermwood need new code

Hello boys and girls
Been a long stressfull year so far but thermwood won't let me down.I have been off for a while,getting back up to speed , then clunky crashes Doh :shock: .
Need a new code I tried the code generator no luck there. The newest disk I have is version 5.
