software loading problems

when i try to get in to ecabinets it does a systems update and when it is done it goes in to the install wizard and wants to remove itself, in the meantime i get a error message. the heading of the error is \"ecabinet systems applicationhas encountered a problem and needs to close\". im not sure what to do.

What version of ecabinets do you have? If you have version 5.0 or higher try to download the update from the web. Save it to your desktop, once it is done downloading double click the update icon and run the update. If it prompts you to remove it, then do so. After this double click the update icon again and install it. Then try and open ecabinets.

Mr. Melhiser, I tried what you said and it did not work, then i tried removing the whole program and reinstalling it and it still wont work. Any other ideas would be very helpful.

What are your computer specs? Operating system, video, RAM etc.
