Hey Jon, I don't think the hinge overlays more than 5/8. We have played around with different scenarios over the years and we still keep coming back to beveling the gables. We use the big overlay for stand alone cabinets (like what your doing) and the small overlay (1/4\") for cabs in a run, like the example of the upper cabs. We also found through trial & error that the 5/8 filler works best when you stand back and look at it. Plus it leaves enough clearance so the adjoining door doesn't touch the pull or knob on the angled cab door.

Jon,

Looks like you need to make the corner cabinet top and deck inset -12mm to achieve this. Notice the 12mm distance in the photo of the specs above. The door is at the front edge of the outside left and right end panels. The gap may be appropriate but the door needs to protrude out by 12mm.

Just an observation.

Another problem that you might run into is door to knob collision. Probably wouldn't hurt to mock up a test sample. In the pic below you will notice the cab flanking the angled cab needs a 100 degree hinge instead of the 107 degree. Without it the hinge side of the door stile would contact the knob.

I found if you inset the left and right sides 19mm and provide the door settings with a 11.4mm reveal this will give the corner cabinet the proper settings as you have mentioned.

Now for the adjacent cabinet the door/drawer settings to the mating side of the corner cabinet should be 11.4mm.

This gave me a 5mm gap between the door and drawer. However you will need to tweek the cabinet a little to get this exactly where you want it. but it will work.
