side end panels

I would like to make a cabinet side with a raised panel arch at the top,then middle rail at a 60/40 split,then have the square raised panel at the bottom.It will be 26.5\" wide and 90\" in height.Has 5\" top and bottom rails,3\" middle rail,and 5\" stiles.
Would like to use this as my left side of a pantry or refridg. cabinet.I am trying to get rid of the plywood side and just use a door panel attached to my face frames with a blind dado.

Does anyone else build cabinets this way instead of only applying a door to the plywood side of the cabinet?
This could be more advanced than I am ready for,but thought I would give it a shot and post it.

Currently e_cabinets does not support the multi paneled doors/drawer fronts. However, you can apply a finished end to a cabinet from the detail area by S,J,C (right click>adjust cabinet features>cabinet end. You will need to make the insets you need there to complete the applied panel.
This will give you the proper size but will not produce the correct cut-list for the door. You can edit the side panel made with a DO NOT CUT material to eliminate it from the cut list.

are you looking for something like this, I took a display panel into parts editor and made one for display purposes.

You can take the cabinet end into the Part Editor just as Damon did with a display panel.

Yes,that is what I am looking for,thank you for replying.This is truly a great software and community to be apart of.

I have not used that editor and will try to find it in the manual.Do you guys or gals,have any direction to get me started?

The question I have, and I am not as familiar with this software as others, is this:

What is the goal of the original poster? Is it to be able to do a photorealistic model of his kitchen?

Or is it for the software to drive tooling to be able to make the parts for the door panel?

Or is it for the software to place the door on the BUY LIST?

The answer is important and germane to the solution, because if he wants, for example, for the software to drive the cutting tools that will make the door panel, someone needs to tell him whether that is possible.

Excellent point Gene as it really does matter what the goal is.

If the part is to be cut on a CNC, using the Part Editor to design it will work (but it must be confirmed with the cutting shop).

If purely for display purposes, you can use multiple doors superimposed over each other to simulate the mid rail.

I did the same as Damon but I used the left side of the cabinet.
If you have to reszie it all you would have to do is make 2 new center
panels

As to your question,it is for me to be able to design it so I can make the end panel with traditional machines and have cutlists and drawings.

I would also like to have the option to add it to a buy list,but there does not seem to be too many options for a door panel with an arched R.P. on the top and square R.P. on the bottom.

There are no options as of yet, to make a RP door with a middle rail.

This end panel can be MDF and routed with the profiles, but no raised panel doors with split panels.

You can piece 2 doors together in the cabinet editor... or create a stile and rail door with all the properly shaped pieces including the panels, save as an assembly.
