kitchen table and chairs

Post by Geo Noeth »

Dear Abby,

I need a kitchen table and chairs, nothing fancy just something that I can put in a kitchen. If there is one on here I cannot find it.

It really seems that the software could provide a little more of the essential stuff for those of us who are Cad-Challenged. Guess I'm in a bad mood after two hours of looking through every post in this forum. I know it's free, blah blah, blah, but I'd be happy to pay for something I could use.

Stressed out in the sunny south,

Geo,

Look Here scroll down and you will find a 48\" round table and several different chairs to use. There is the table pedestal alone if you need to make your own top.

Thank you gentlemen. I was up most of the night and just woke up. Kerry I had seen these and thought they wouldn't work. I'll try your suggestion about applying textures. George, this table should work if I can make some chairs work with it. Thanks again.

George, Sorry to be a pain, but I got Kerry's files working. I downloaded your table and put it into imports, but it does not appear when I try to load it in the display part editor.

What do I need to do to get an ESA file to work?

table use probs

Post by Joseph Swift »

Has anyone had any problems using either of these table images? I can download them and see them in the display parts area but when I select them to place in my room they do not show up, I am able to use the chair files without any prob. What I need is an office table and I thought this would fit the bill.

Thanks

table and chairs

Post by Joseph Swift »

That is what I have done several times, the chairs are fine but I can not use the table. It shows up in my import directory but when I select the table only image I get nothing unless it is putting it somewhere that I can not see it. When I use the table with chairs image I get a single chair. Sorry for being so thick.

That's because it doesn't have a jpg associated with it Joe. Open it with the Display Part Editor and save it in Import\\Sample_HSFs and you will be able to use it.
