Oh knowledgable people of the Thermwood world, tell me something. I started putting the shop back together and trying to figure out where the H&@% everything is going to go now. And I was going to put the spoil boards on the table to get them out of the way, and they do not fit the table. Are they oversized and have to be trimed? It fit perfect on the width, but it is a little over 10', maybe 10'-1/8\". Not a big deal, but I was just curious.

It will be week after next before we get it hooked up and running. It is a real distraction sitting over there. Its like, it has a subliminal message floating around the room saying \"come over here and stair at me......\"

Due to all the rain we have had in the last week, still no three phase electricity. The utility company tells me that they will pull the wire from the pole to the shop Monday.

I did start to take the thing apart to see how to get it running, I can't find where to add the two stroke oil.

Thanks Mike, I just hope the customers continue to have faith in my work so I can pay for this new toy. I keep hearing people around me talk about how slow business is, but I am covered up and actually have to turn buisiness down or put them on a waiting list. But I am not too worried about anything. My shop is paid for and all my equipment up untill now is paid for. The only overhead I have other than consumable stuff is my truck and now the router. I figure the router payment is cheaper than 1 good employee and should perform better.

Anyway, waiting on the lacquer to dry, got to go sand now.

Things pick up and slow in this market drasticly. So I never worry either. One month I may have 7 months sold in advance. And after that for example I may have to go fishing for a week or two.

My repeat customers are great and love the work I do. But they all build huge homes about 6-10/year and of course I have to juggle around their schedule as well.

Having two high dollar kitchens installing at the same time for a two man shop can be a disaster.
