Here is a corner cabinet and I can't get the right stile to 45 back into the cabinet.
The left side is how I want the cabinet, but the right side just won't cooperate.

Mike
You have a profiled edge on the left stile but not on the right.

correct Dan, I want a profile on the right just like the left.
For some reason I get a error. \"Error creating Raw segment\" when I attempt to profile the right stile with a 45

Something weird about the right stile. When I take it into contour mode and \"create edges\", nothing shows but the edges are there.
When I try to profile the edge it appears to work but back in the cab editor, it is still square.
You might try removing the face frame and putting it back.

Well, that didn't help. I also noticed that the left end was mitered but not the right end. I mitered it and still get the same result.

I'm beginning to think it might have a bad tessellation factor in it...

Michael
You of all people should know that with the new segment factoring a profile like that can only be done by readjusting the phasers in the Contour Mode:

I had the same problem about a year ago trying to bevel the edge on a right stile of a corner cabinet. The left stile was no problem, but I couldn't make the cut on the right stile. I brought it up on the forum, but I guess it never got noticed by the programers. Obviously, still not working...

I was able to bevel it on a square cabinet but not on the corner cabinet.

Alright Mike Rice, you got me back to hacking away at this (you know how it is).
I found the workaround to profiling the right stile on a corner cabinet!
You have to profile from the opposite edge (left instead of right) and offset right the (width - thickness) of the board.
In this example I used 3/4 x 2 board stock. I profiled the LEFT edge with an \"upside down\" tool and offset it right 1 1/4\".
My brain hurts...can I take the rest of the day off now?

I was afraid I was going to have to do that.
I hope this one gets noticed.
