Mike, I could probably use your help. I have looked this thing over from top to bottom and can not find the pull start.

Damon, Congrats on the new addition! You could turn the vacuum on backward and blow the sheet off the table

No really on mine there is a small black ball under the table at the corner furthest from home, it has a rod that will lift the sheet when push it up.

Damon, the spoilboard should fit inside the alum. walls, resting neatly on the gasket. The spoilboard that came with mine was trimmed to fit with about 1/16\" clearance along x & y axis.

When you want to remove the spoilboard, there are little push up pin with a black round knob, located left of the flipstop corner at the front. Push the knob up and it will pop up the corner of the spoilboard so that you can grab it and lift it up.

I wouldn't run any screws into the spoilboard. The spoilboard rests on small uhmw spacers to allow even vacuum dispersion and might get damaged. If you have the table cleared and the support brackets removed, try this. The spoilboard side that's in, try lifting it up and pull forward a little while moving the spoilboard from side to side (x-axis) and see if it doesn't fall in. If it won't go, and is only off a smidgen, shave off a little with a belt sander, being sure not to let dust get all in the table. I also seal the edges of my spoilboard with tape.

I found the black knob that pushes the spoilboard back up

. I don't have a problem trimming the board either. I just like to ask prior to jumping out on that limb and find out that \"Hey, you wasn't suppost to do that.\"

Its funny you talk about service. I have said it before. My Thermwood rep. has been in contact with me for the last nine years trying to sell me a machine. Not pushy or anything just staying in touch. Thermwood has always impressed me with their aproach to customer service.

When I got ready to purchase a machine, I could not help but price some other machines on the market and research them. To this day I am still waiting on a quote from one company. I called them three times to remind them that I wanted an estimate. They say \"Oh yea, we'll get that out in the mail for you ASAP\". I am not sure what there meaning of ASAP is, but that was back in May. I would hate to see how long it would take to get a part out to someone.

Anyway that's my two cents worth, and in a way all of the people on this forum are Thermwood. Its kind of like a large customer service network.

Well got to go I am getting all choked up!!!!!!!
