registration code generator

Post by denny michels »

Computer crashed and lost every program. Reloaded e-cabs on new computer with vista. Went to registration code generator to get new registration code. To get the code you need original e-mail address. Put in original e-mail address and behold, the code was sent to that address. It would be okay but i no longer have that address so i have no code. I thought maybe they would ask if i had a new address before sending code. So i need a code and ask that a change in the way the generator is run so it can send to current e-mail addresses.

I'm sorry if this sounds rude but if you change your address then the onus is on you to inform Thermwood so they can update their database. Not only for registration codes but any comunication from Thermwood would be disrupted.

Thermwood does have my present address, but the generator would not accept it. It asks for the e-mail address that i had when i first signed up for e-cabs, which was almost 3 years ago. Everything that comes back from thermwood now comes through my present e-mail.

You still need to request that your registration email address be updated by Thermwood.

Denny
I am going to give you a call to check your email with what I have in our system, get it changed or corrected and get you a new registration code.
