I know this will probably make a few folks angry, but I just got the new Member Magazine and I gotta say Kerry, you hit another home run!!!

Great story...I love the way you are able to weave subjects like this into a down-home story and make them entertaining (and educational).

You could probably make good money at writing if the cabinet business goes sour.

If you know very little about practically nothing, that means you know a lot about practically everything.

I do enjoy your writing style. It makes it much easier to read what could otherwise be a very dry topic (just see my column and you'll understand).

I to enjoy your expressive method to getting your point across. You DO have a knack for capturing the readers interest. Your stuff reads like a good book, the more you read, the more you want to read. I'd buy your book.

Hi Dan,
Would you mind telling me what Ecabinets Magazine Vol and issue you received in early October as I haven't seen my copy. I believe they are being sea freighted to Australia so maybe my copy has gone astray but will check with the Thermwood guys in Sydney.
Hope the weather in your neck of the woods hasn't been bad enough to turn from making cabinets to boats.

The last issue was volume 2, number 2.

Boats? Not where I live.

We are in the midst of the worst drought since records have been kept.

We've had maybe 3\" of rain since early July.

Funny, it's the same here, worst drought for ages, our storm season started 1 October and the storms have only just arrived in the last week. Pity it's just too late for the wheat crops. When it does rain it's torrential and washes away all the topsoil and the local area has lost 5 hay sheds through spontaneous combustion of hay and lightning strikes.
