Gene,

Salice hinges are available in the member store. If the exact hinge isn't available ask Thermwood to add them.
Make a request to add the mepla-alfit slides and suggest a good supplier for Thermwood to contact that might be interested in becoming a cooperative vendor or contact your vendor and ask if they would like to become a cooperative participant.
Contact Eric Shearn at Thermwood and request the addition of the 7523 Elite air-matic Slides.

As for pricing get creative by using the fixed and percentage markups for hinges and slides to reflect your costs more closely or buy through the system and you will have actual costs. You can add a negative percentage to show discounts.

Keep making suggestion on how to improve the software and when Thermwood decides your suggestions are beneficial to the cooperative they will implement them.

I now have looked carefully at the Thermwood store detail pages.

My preferred drawer slides are there.

Grass Elite 7523 full extension, concealed bottommount drawerslide with Airmatic controlled closing, item number 60496. 21-5/8\" slide for 21\" depth drawers.

Thermwood shows an EACH price of $28.98, and in the picture, shows the slide including its front locking device. I am presuming this is the polybagged kit, all inclusive, for one drawer.

Grass literature shows the 60496 item number as signifying bulkpacked slides, 5 pairs per box, and not including the front locking devices.

Grass lit shows the 7523-FLD-KIT front locking device kit selling 5 pairs to the box, under item number 02236.

My problem now is with price. True32 sells the 60496 at $81.20 per 5-pack, and the 02236 at $7.25 per 5, equating to $17.69 per slide pair, including the front locking devices.

The Thermwood pricing is almost 64 percent higher than True32's, for this drawerslide set.

Does True32 provide you with free cabinet design software that is paid for by hardware sales?

For prices that are out of line, call Eric and get him to check it out. Sometimes things get entered into the system incorrectly. I have seen 50 cent items with $30 shipping that was obviously incorrect and Eric fixed it.
