Lazy Susan Slab Doors & Part Editor

Post by Rob Perry »

I've been making 1 piece MDF Shaker doors by editing Slab Doors in Part editor but it does not seem to work on Lazy Susan Cabinet doors. Even if I add the doors as right hinge & left hinge seperatly ( If I use add lazy Susan door I seem to be unable to get the right size doors. )
Anyone with a workaround on this?
I can't wait to be able to edit slab doors in in the door editor..

When I add Lazy Susan doors to my cabinet, I can take them into the part editor and apply part editor cuts to the doors. I would like for you to post your cabinet that you are working with or you can email the cabinet to me.

Hi Justin, Yes, I take the cabinet to Cabinet editor & then try to take the doors to part editor to cut the pockets bit it gives me a message that this part is not supported in part editor..

Now I'm getting confused. I'm trying to do the same thing to a upper cabinet & I'm having the same problem. But I've done this many times before. I'm posting the upper cabinet I'm having trouble with as well

Those are not slab doors but MDF doors. MDF doors are not supported yet for the part editor but you can do an interior and an exterior profile in the door/drawer designer on MDF doors/drawers.

Aside From the outside furniture blowing around & the yard being like a lake we were only without power for 9 Hours. Some were out for a couple days. Last year we lived in Sannichton ( By Victoria ) & after a storm we were out of power for over a week straight during CCCCold Weather & of course we ran out of dry firewood...
