CNC Newbie Question

I have some UV single side plywood. Maybe I have overlooked it, but how or where do I make sure that the cuts are on the correct side?

Hey Damon.

Depens if u r cutting dados or what ever on the good side. If so Face up. So if u want the inside of the cabient with the good face in. Face up. If u want the good face on the outside face down when cutting.

Damon, the interior of your cabinets will be face up in general, with few exceptions that I can think of.

Thats what I was thinking but I haven't cut enough parts yet to study. I didn't know if there was a flip op or something that would change the configuration. I guess I just did not want to start loading material and all of a sudden

Check the deck and top settings if using blind dado construction. I think default for Thermwood is to have the deck tenon on top and the top tenon on bottom, which makes the deck cut with top side of sheet to the bottom of the cabinet. The back and sides are good face up on the machine but watch your construction on top and deck for things like wall cabs, or open base cabs, etc.
