Disappearing part info balloons

In the last month, the balloons that pop up displaying part info, have disappeared on me.

Any of you guys seen 'em?

Better yet, anybody know of a fix?

In Settings & Preferences, make sure you have \"Show Cabinet Part Detail Display\" checked.
