When I add a mid rail to a corner cabinet I am unable to move it. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

I have found if you turn off the face frames then turn them back on it will work then.

All you have to do is, go to the FACE FRAME EDITOR then left click in the opening above the mid rail, then go to the left side of the screen towards the top and type in the opening height and hit enter. The opening will change to the desired size. Make sure you click the opening to highlight it.
