Ok, One more question about these built in coffee cup holders??

or maybe you hang the handle of your beer mug on them???

That's up to you and the Part Editor.

If you do something like this often, save the hole layout as an x_t file and you can reuse it when needed.

As for your "cup holders", that's pretty cool. I got the same thing when I changed to blind dado construction but they went away when I changed all right side construction to butt. Remember, to change an existing shelf you must go into the Shelf/Partition Editor and select all shelves/partitions to be changed before going into Construction Settings.

Those things must be some miscalculated tenons??? If right side construction is butt before adding the shelves it doesn't happen.

You bet Dan, AWMAC standards require mid shelf support on cabinets over 24" wide. How do you router guys deal with this issue?

I would make a butt joint between the left end and the back, then cut 2 left ends and no back. You may need to rip 3/4" off of one of those to use it as a back but it works.

How do you place a Faceframe on this cabinet? I guess I am overlooking something.

Damon once Dan showed me how to draw the cab i loaded anonther cab into the editer and deleted all the parts exept the face frame and combined them into an assembly that i saved.

I was able to do it that way before, but I guess I was looking for a way to just add the face frame without having to make an assymbly.

Yep, if you angle the front of the cabinet, you have to add the face frame as a separate cabinet.

Maybe the next version will add face frames to the Angle Part settings (hint, hint, in case anyone from Thermwood is reading this

).

Edit: And maybe the toe kick will actually follow the sides in the next version.

for that you can always create manual holes and constrain them on the back... might just want to do the same on the side as well to ensure that they will always line up. Takes a little longer on the initial set-up, but might be faster than trying to Macgyver another solution
