Problem saving a job

I am in desperate need of help. For some unknown reason when I bring a job into the drafting page to do some elevations or floor plan notes I cannot save it. As soon as I try and save the job the computer locks up and nothing happens. I then have to shut it down and try again and I lose all my changes. I have plenty of available RAM and I have not had this problem before. Any ideas? Thanks

by shutting down does that also include restarting the computer?

No, I ctrl + alt + del and then shut down the program.
It seems to take a long time to shut down the program
I have even rebooted my computer a few times hoping that this would help. Nothing has helped.

I had such problems with lockups during save attempts that I uninstalled the program and then reinstalled.

Might be worth a try.

BTW, that is a great looking kitchen on your home page. The one painted white. Didja do that one in eCabs?

Thanks. I will try that and see if it works.
The kitchen on the website we did on ecabs and won an award for it at our local NARI chapter in MA.
We don't have a router, just a 10 foot slider and all the other goodies.
