Normally, when I put my mouse cursor over a part I get the details of the parts, now it's not doing it anymore, where do I adjust this setting ?

Settings & Preferences -> Show Cabinet Part Detail Display.

I was having this same problem a few months ago. It corrected itself, then arose again for about a month.
My settings were correct.
It has been back to normal for at least a month. My experience told me to just be patient and it might fix itself.
