Hi guys,
here we go again. I havent seen that one before. We are cutting 4 kitchens that are exactly the same and I created my batch exactly the same way I aslways do except I made sure I got 4 of each cabinet. Now what happened is that it added the cabinet parts but never added the drawerbox parts. So I cut 4 of each cabinet part and just one of each drawer part. Strange isnt it. Now there might be another issue. Is there a way to controll what parts you cut on eCab and not in controll nesting on the machine? If there is something like that I would be more than happy to learn that. Is there someone else that experienced the same problem. I am sending the *.twd file and the *.esj file to thermwood to take a look at it.

Georgi, once you have completed your batch, and go into the nesting setup screen, look for the button labeled FILTER over in the center left control panel of the screen.
Click it, and it will open up a whole world of opportunity for you. You'll see.
When the cabs list opens in the dialog box, you can select to expand any part of the job, to see what parts the nesting routine will be looking to sort and arrange, and a check in a part box will FILTER it out of the nest.
You should be able to readily see whether your cabs in fact have drawerboxes, or not.

Georgi,
There was a bug in eCabinets way back that caused the problem you are talking about. Make sure you are running the latest version of eCabinets and you might want to try opening the cabinet that is giving you trouble in the cabinet editor, go to construction settings then click OK to regenerate the cabinet. Save the cabinet again so it is in the latest version and see if it still gives you problem, or you can wait for
Thermwood to let you know what is going on.

Take the two cabinets that have drawer boxes in them back to the cabinet editor. Go to the door\drawer editor and remove the drawer fronts with the drawer boxes. Add the drawer fronts back to the cabinet with the drawer boxes and take these back to the batch. It will ask you if you want to apply changes to the batch, click yes. Now nest the batch, it should have the correct drawer boxes nested.

Thanks Justin,
the job is already cut. It wasnt a big deal that the program didnt add the drawer boxes. I just went back and cut more of the same sizes. I just posted here to let you know that there might be a bug in the program that's all. On my side all is good. Thanks for the feed back and help
