Need help with Drawing Editor

Post by Sam West »

I am needing to Show detail {raised panel] on the back and ends of an island. I think this is done in the drawing editor but not for sure. If it is would some of you good people tell me how to get started?
Thanks Sam West

The easiest method is to add a door of the appropriate size to the back and ends. Do this through Load Item (same as loading a cabinet but click Door instear of Cabinets).

Dan thats a good idea and I never thought of that. The problem I haven't found a way to get the doors on the sides and back. Would you mind helping me with this?
Thanks

With the door selected, rotate it to the desired orientation (the curved arrow icon). Once you have it rotated, move it into location using ctrl-right-mouse button. You can fine tune the location with the Align Items function.
