Hi guys, is there a way of adding things on to the cut list with out displaying the part?

Only if you export the cut list to Excel and edit the resulting spreadsheet.

once you have edited the cut-list in excell, how do you then bring the new edited version back into eCabinets?

Ahhhh...sorry, you can't import the cut list into eCabinets, only export to Excel.
