Hi,
When i take a snapshot from ecab and save it as a JPEG file, it saves as a white blank picture. I'm running windows vista 32 bit and i've tried updating drivers but this seems to be a ecab error. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem or know of any fixes for this. Thanks!

If you go to start, all programs, accessories, and snip it, then you can save it as any kind of picture format.
