stretchers as drawer deviders

I'm using a 2" stretcher as a horizontal devider between 2 file drawers to create a 1" reveal without the need for a shelf, When taking the cabinet to the drawer editor it does not recognize them as 2 openings (alot of math after that) any body know of an easier way? thanks Mark.

Use a fixed shelf with a back inset (depth of shelf - 2").
