bull nose cutters
Anybody running bull nose cutters to surface machine patterns out there. Wanting to try something different. What are you guys using and where are you getting them. Hopefully going to get tighter radius in the patterns without changing to another cutter.

Usually we use a BALL nose cutter to machine finishing surfaces

And BULL nose cutters to Round an edge on a Countertop.

I think we have confusion of terms here. What Matt was inquiring about is a bullnose endmill. Which has a smaller radius than half the diameter of the cutter. Try Robb-Jack they seem to have a good selection of bullnose endmills.
