Cabinet Back Issues

Hi guys,

has anyone of you ever had depth or fit clearances with the backs of any cabinets. I keep having that problem. The problem is that I cannot find where the problem is. If it's the program or the machine. I end up going 1/32" deeper on the full dado on the back. I wonder if its the same problem as the fit and depth clearance mistake on the drawer boxes once. I always change the daylight on the bit that makes the back dado and it cuts fine but may be the programmers can take a look or someone else can advise me how to fix that if they've had the same problem. Georgi,

Post one of your cabinets that you believe presents this issue. We will take a look at it and see if there is any obvious problem. As of now, I do not know of any issue with this.

Sounds like a material thickness issue to me. Have you checked the actual thickness of your back material and set that up in your material ?
