FWIW, Image Control is a licensed program that is integral to eCabinet Systems. It is called Irfanview.
It was written to be a simple but comprehensive image viewer/printer.
The version in eCabinet Systems is perfectly suited for our program, but the author has enhanced the program since then.
It now features rudimentary paint functions (to "retouch" and change images) as well as text annotation (for labels and notes).
If you go to his site:
http://www.irfanview.com/
you can download the free version 4.10 as a stand alone program and use it to externally enhance your images and annotate them.
We are always looking for ways to make our customers excel for THEIR customers!
