line drawings

ok i did some line drawings for a job i am getting ready to do and i cant seem to save them so i can email them to a client and get the go ahead on some measurements. please help. thanks

Hi Micheal.when you are in the line drawing editor on the lower top toolbar on the far right press the camera icon and save the drawing to a file.go to email and load it as an attachment

I saved it to a jpg file and then tried to attach it to an email but nothing shows up on the email. it opens the file and the picture is blank. any suggestions. thanks mike

Just tried it myself as I haven't done it yet on V5.2.All worked fine.This is what I do.load the cabinet to the L.D.E. >click the camera icon>press save>save to my pictures>create new folder and name it>press enter.Go to email>click "insert" in tool bar>file attachment>my pictures>highlight file>click "attach"

im sorry for my ignorance haha. and i do thank you for being patient with me and helping me out. here is what i did. i loaded the cabinet to the screen, thank took it to the line drawing where i hit the camera and save then i went to my picture folder and made a new folder and saved it. i then went to my email and inserted the folder but the cabinet is not there. it is a blank white sheet. i dont know what im doing wrong haha. thanks mike

All yours Rick!Sorry michael can't figure it.Take it that it saves to "my pictures" and you can open it there ? On XP I cant attach a "folder" unless I zip it.Otherwise I have to open the folder and attach the files individually.Will watch this space with interest :?
